Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and GURUKUL NATION (""). By clicking "Accept", installing, copying, or using the GURUKUL NATION application or any of GURUKUL NATION's websites, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement also extends to any third-party beneficiaries, device manufacturers, or telecommunication service providers.
Scope:
This Agreement governs your rights and responsibilities regarding your use of any version of the GURUKUL NATION software ("Software") and any data, including but not to artwork, text, content, video, audio, or images accessed through the Software or received from any website owned or controlled by GURUKUL NATION ("Content"). Together, the Software and Content are referred to as the "Application".
Consent:
Your acceptance of this Agreement indicates your consent to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the Application and/or website. You must immediately stop the registration process and cease using and delete any copies of the Software you possess.
Violation Consequences:
Non-compliance with this Agreement may lead to the termination of your access to the Application, the associated GURUKUL NATION service, or any part thereof.

LICENSE TERMS FOR GURUKUL NATION APPLICATION/WEBSITE
License Grant: GURUKUL NATION grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize the Application/website for personal, non-commercial purposes, on devices you own or control, exclusively in regions where GURUKUL NATION has officially launched, under the following stipulations:
Prohibited Actions:
You are expressly forbidden to:
- Link to the Application without GURUKUL NATION's written consent.
- Allow others to access the website/application using your credentials.
- Modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivatives of the Application or its Content.
- Replicate any part of the website/application.
- Commercialize, lease, or transfer rights to the website/application.
- Remove proprietary labels from the Application.
- Use the Application with devices or services designed to bypass content access controls.
- Use the Application for commercial or unlawful activities.
- Infringe on others' privacy or gather personal user data.

- Access or use any private or "dev key" associated with the Application inappropriately.
Consequences of Violation:
Breaching any of these terms may lead to the immediate termination of your account without notice. GURUKUL NATION retains all rights and remedies available in case of any breach.
Subscription-Based Features:
To access subscription-based features of the Application, you must pay the relevant subscription fee and agree to GURUKUL NATION Service Terms and Conditions. GURUKUL NATION is under no obligation to offer a free trial.
UPDATES & UPGRADES FOR GURUKUL NATION APPLICATION/WEBSITE
Automatic Upgrades: You recognize that GURUKUL NATION may periodically release updated or enhanced versions of the Application/website. Furthermore, GURUKUL NATION may automatically update or modify the Application version you're using. By using the Application, you consent to these automatic updates and modifications and acknowledge that the current Agreement (and any subsequent revisions) will govern all such versions.
Compatibility: The Application/website is designed to function on specific hardware and software platforms as outlined in its documentation. It's your responsibility to ensure your device, software, and internet connection are compatible with the current version of the Application to access its services. GURUKUL NATION retains the right to stop supporting any platform, with or without prior notice.
Modifications & Discontinuation: GURUKUL NATION can make changes to the Application/website without prior notice. Additionally, any GURUKUL NATION application or website may be discontinued at the 's discretion without prior notification.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS FOR GURUKUL NATION APPLICATION/WEBSITE
Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from using the Application/website or the Software for any unlawful activities.
Ownership & Rights: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets related to the Application/website, remain the exclusive property of GURUKUL NATION. Except as explicitly mentioned in this Agreement, GURUKUL NATION does not grant you any rights, whether implied or express, to the intellectual property of GURUKUL NATION.
CONTENT OWNERSHIP IN GURUKUL NATION APPLICATION/WEBSITE
Ownership of Content: The Content delivered through the Application/website, whether by GURUKUL NATION or third parties, remains the exclusive property of GURUKUL NATION, its licensors, partners, and/or advertisers. All rights, ownership, and intellectual property pertaining to such Content belong to GURUKUL NATION or the respective third parties and are safeguarded by relevant copyright laws and other regulations.
Usage Restrictions: Except as explicitly outlined in this Agreement, you are not granted any rights, whether implied or express, to the Content. This includes, but is not limited to, rights to use, sell, rent, reproduce, distribute, modify, broadcast, or publicly showcase any Content.
Copyright Compliance: GURUKUL NATION adheres to copyright laws and anticipates its users to do the same. You must not exploit the Application/website to infringe upon the copyrights of GURUKUL NATION or any third party. Unauthorized actions, such as copying, distributing, modifying, or publicly displaying copyrighted materials, are violations of the rights of the copyright holders and are illegal. You commit to using the Application/website in a manner that respects all third-party rights and adheres to all relevant laws, especially those related to copyright and other intellectual property rights. Should GURUKUL NATION or any third party assert that your use of the Application/website breaches any intellectual property rights, you will be solely accountable for addressing, defending, settling, and resolving any such claims.

Our website/application and the services provided may include links to third-party websites, advertisements, and other platforms ("Linked External Sites"). Except for sites owned or managed by GURUKUL NATION, these Linked External Sites are not under GURUKUL NATION's control. GURUKUL NATION does not assume responsibility for the content, communications, or materials of any Linked External Sites. The presence of any such link does not suggest that GURUKUL NATION endorses or is affiliated with these external platforms. It's your responsibility to comply with the terms and conditions of these Linked External Sites. SIGN-UP DETAILS
By proceeding with the registration, you commit to supplying genuine, precise, up-to-date, and comprehensive details about yourself as guided by the sign-up procedure (this data is referred to as "Profile Details"). It's your responsibility to periodically update your Profile Details to ensure its accuracy. You hold the exclusive responsibility for safeguarding the confidentiality of your username and password. Moreover, any actions taken under your account fall entirely under your responsibility.
TRANSACTION GUIDELINES
For any payments related to the acquisition or utilization of any services, courses, or content from the website/application, ensure you transfer funds exclusively to the designated bank account _____________________. GURUKUL NATION strictly directs payments only to this account and does not endorse transfers to any other bank accounts. If you mistakenly pay to an affiliate's personal account or any account other than the specified one, it will not grant you access or membership to GURUKUL NATION's services. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Please note that support for the website or application is not provided by your phone's manufacturer or network provider.
CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
GURUKUL NATION reserves the right to alter this Agreement at its sole discretion. Should changes occur, we will post the updated terms on this page. It's recommended that you frequently check this page to stay informed about the terms governing your use of our Service, Software, website, and Content. If you find any changes unacceptable, your sole option is to immediately cease using the website/application and delete any copies of the Software you have. Continuing to use the website/application after we've posted updated terms signifies your acceptance of those changes. LIMITED RIGHTS & EXPORT LIMITATIONS
The content of the website/application is offered with specific limitations. LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, India, without considering any conflicting legal principles. You agree to the sole jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh. Should either GURUKUL NATION or you engage attorneys to uphold any rights under this Agreement, the winning party will be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and related costs. Any delay or inaction by GURUKUL NATION in enforcing this Agreement does not waive its rights. This Agreement, combined with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other associated rules, regulations, or policies (including any documents explicitly referenced), represents the entire understanding between GURUKUL NATION and you regarding its subject matter, superseding all prior verbal or written agreements not included here. If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable or invalid under relevant law, that part will be considered omitted, while the rest remains enforceable. This Agreement applies to and benefits any permitted successors and assignees of both parties. It is specific to you and cannot be transferred, assigned, or delegated. Any efforts by you to do so will be considered null and void.
